Arcel

Arcel can use his own life force to create energy blasts to fire at opponents. They can range from simple spheres to larger lasers or 'rush attacks', but the stronger and longer the attack's duration, the more it can wear Arcel out. He can also used more advanced techniques like the Kamehameha, but they tend to tire him quickly upon consecutive use. Arcel is also capable of moving small objects around with telekinesis, but he can only move small things, not a boulder or something.

Arcel's scouter, a blue device that covers his right eye, can be used to pick up the presence of living things and measure their strength. But it may bust if an opponent's strength is beyond its measurement.

Arcel's an Arcosian- an mutant alien race that bears little resemblance to a human. His face is grey, but two thick blue lines run along the side of his face near his eyes. The top of his head almost looks like a helmet. It has a yellow rimming to it with two small horns pointing back. In the middle of his head is a large blue gem-like dome. He wears a blue scouter on his left eye as well. Arcel's body is covered by a thick natural armor, although his skin is originally a dark grey or light grey color. Arcel's torso is covered by this yellow bio-armor, featuring shoulder guards and a collar of sorts. In the center of his chest is a blue 'gem' that tends to glow from time to time. His neck is exposed and bears no armor and is a darker grey color. His upper arms are also dark grey, but his lower arms are covered by the same yellow armor with a bright blue gem streak on top. His hands are dark grey, but a small plate of armor lies on the top of them.

Arcel's lower body is completely covered in his bio-armor, but part of his stomach is a light grey color. His tail is covered in individual plates of armor with spikes on top of them, and his legs are also covered in the golden layer of armor. His lower legs have thicker bio armor with a blue gem and spike featured on them, and his feet are black and yellow in color. He stands at a height of 5'7 and weighs 138 lbs.

Personality:
Arcel, unlike some of the more well-known members of his race that belong to the Planet Trade Organization, is not cruel or ruthless. He's quite the contrary. He's gentle, forgiving, and well-mannered even though half of the time people have second thought about him since he's an alien and all. In most situations, Arcel never really loses his calm nature. He tries to focus on the here and now, doing whatever it takes to help his comrades and himself prosper. Arcel's relatively cautious as well, but he will take risks if needed. The only time he really snaps is if one of his allies is severely wounded or if he encounters one of his sworn enemies. Although he usually keeps to himself, Arcel usually opens up to others once they gain his trust. You'll probably have to come to him if you want to be his friend. He can be a bit playful and sometimes even teasing around his friends in times of peace, and even has a bit of an attitude that shows up from time to time as well as a dry sense of humor. Overall, Arcel's protective, supporting, and caring towards his friends and those he trusts. He won't leave someone behind if they need help, sometimes even going out of his way to aid a total stranger. He does have a bit of a sense of humor and an attitude that shows from time to time, but he is still very gentle and well-mannered with most people he meets. He's not like most of the ruthless, tyrannical rulers of his race.

History:

Arcel was once part of the Planet Trade Organization for a short while when he was younger, but he was eventually sent away to a distant planet since he was considered to be weak when compared to the rest of his race at the time. Before that, he had been put through rigorous training that was too much for the young Arcel to handle, and had his fair share of near-death experiences when fighting at the time. Because of that Arcel had managed to have grown up without much of the influence of the other evil members of his, thus became much more docile and lighthearted- a rather rare instance for an Arcosian. He had managed to survive on the planet for a few years to the best of his abilities.

After a few years of wandering on his 'home,' Arcel's life had changed from just surviving to much, much more in one day. While he was out and about during the night, he heard a booming, disembodied voice. "Someone summons you from a land far away. Brave warrior! Now, come forth!" And just like that, a light formed around the Arcosian as he was transported away. When he could finally see again, Arcel found himself in some kind of plaza of sorts. The sky was dark with some lightning flickering around, but the biggest shock he got was when he turned around to see a giant dragon, whom was none other than the Eternal Dragon himself, Shenron. "Farewell." The reptile spoke with the same voice that had summoned Arcel here. With a quick flash, the dragon was gone as quick as it appeared. Arcel, still confused as ever, had little time to even think before Trunks, whom Arcel presumed was the one who summoned him here through Shenron, challenged him to a battle.

After the spar was over and Arcel had exhausted most of his energy, his opponent halted the fight and finally decided to answer the Arcosian's questions. Apparently, Arcel had been summoned here by Shenron after Trunks asked him to summon 'a warrior that can help him defend time itself', and this place was known as Toki Toki City, and it was the hub for the Time Patrol, a group of time travellers that worked to fix distortions in history. When he was asked to join their forces, Arcel obliged. It seemed to be pretty interesting, and who would pass up the opportunity to time travel? Arcel went on a few major missions to fix distortions in history, and was eventually also introduced to the Supreme Kai of Time and Toki Toki. He evntually had decided to call Toki Toki City his home, since he managed to fit in nicely here, and nobody seemed to mind him and Frieza being of the same species. After only a few patrols though, something went wrong.

When he was heading to fix a distortion involving the Ginyu force, something seemingly went wrong while Arcel was travelling between the time periods, and he whited out before being able to bail out of the situation. When he awoke again, Arcel found himself in a vast wilderness. Having no way to get home back to his friends, Arcel currently walks the wilderness of this strange new world, hoping to eventually find a way back home.
