Magic/Weapons
--Basic Ki Attacks--
Arin can use his own life force to create energy blasts to fire at opponents. They can range from simple spheres to larger lasers or 'rush attacks', but the stronger and longer the attack's duration, the more it can wear Arin out.
--Flight--
Once again, this ability can slowly drain Arin's energy. Arin can fly around freely and do all sorts of maneuvers when airborne. But like all living things, if he were to fly too high where the atmosphere is thin, it would become hard to breathe and he may go unconscious after being too high for too long.
--Afterimage--
Sometimes mistaken for teleportation, this technique can create a 'mirage' of Arin's body when he moves from one spot to another very quickly hence it's name. Although it cannot deal any damage, Arin uses it to confuse his opponents. 
--Energy Sensing--
Arin can sense the presence of living things that are near him. He's only recently discovered this technique, so he can only use it in a short radius. He can sense the approach of living things and energy based attacks using this, but he cannot sense a bullet flying towards him or something of robotic origin.
--Oozaru--
A colossal ape-like form Arin takes under the full moon. If his tail is cut off or if the moonlight is cut off, he will revert back to normal though. His power is increased drastically, although not nearly as much as the Super Saiyan transformation gives. Arin does have moderate control over the form, but he will lose control and try to go on a mindless rampage if enraged enough. He isn't able to speak much either in the form, only being able to roar, growl, etc. He isn't able to use the Oozaru form if his tail has been cut off, although it will regrow after a week or two. 
--(Locked) Super Saiyan--
The legendary form that Saiyans such as Arin can achieve, but only through a major emotional event that can trigger him to push past his limit, such as the death of someone very close to him. Identified by its trademark golden hair and blue pupils, Arin's strength would increase dramatically when he finally breaks his limit- but this most likely will not happen for awhile.
And at the moment, I will not have Arin ascend to the other levels of a Super Saiyan (i.e SSJ2-3) just to keep his power in check. Maybe later though.

Physical Description:

Standing at a height of 4'8 and weighing 97 pounds, Arin is on the small side to say the least. His black hair is usually very unkempt and a bit messy, spiking up in random directions. A few bangs hang down onto his forehead as well. His eyes are pure black in color. He also wears a yellow cape and a red shirt with a dark grey undershirt that has long sleeves extending all the way down his arms, but leaves his fingers exposed. A thin silver band is also wrapped around his upper arms. Arin also wears a pair of baggy reg pants, and has a teal cloth wrapped around his waist which is usuallyin place by his tai- A feature that most Saiyans have. His tail seems to resemble that of a monkey, but very few know he has one since Arin usually keeps it propped around his waist like a belt- which it is commonly mistaken for. His boots are dark grey with a lighter grey trimming at the top, and the soles and tip of the boots are also the same lighter grey color.

Personality:
 Arin is usually outgoing, social, and energetic. He seems to never run out of energy and always tries to find the good in things. He's very optimistic and sometimes blunt about things. Arin is also a big risk taker, and never leaves a chance to get something beneficial behind. He follows his instincts and tends to come up with plans on the spot instead of carefully planning something out beforehand. He will commonly be one of the first to react to something, and enjoys being the center of attention and is overall a very social person. However, Arin may be a bit of a nuisance to others, namely adults who cannot tolerate his childish personality. His curiosity tends to get the better of him sometimes, and tends to get himself into trouble often. He's also not very good at keeping things tidy, which usually leaves his bag a mess and makes it hard for him to find things. But Arin will try and try again at something until he accomplishes his goal. However, Arin dislikes killing in general, so he does not fight much- although he'd be more than happy to spar with one of his trusted allies.

Although he may back out of a fight when alone, Arin will stick by a friend in a fight no matter what. He will even put his own life at stake if it is required to protect a friend that is close to him. Even if you order him to leave, Arin most likely won't. He mainly relies on skill to fight instead of brute force. Overall, if you are able to tolerate his childish and curious personality, Arin will become a very loyal and young companion. His energetic and social personality may either make him more appealing or more annoying to another. Although he's rather irresponsible and not very good at planning things out, Arin will keep trying until he reaches his goals. He will protect his allies with everything he has, including his own life at times.

History:
"Origin Universe/Fandom" - Dragonball Z
Like most Saiyans, Arin was born on Planet Vegeta. Since he was born with a rather high power level, Arin was allowed to stay on the planet instead of being sent away to purge or eve die on a distant planet like the weaker ones. However, Arin never seemed to like killing things, which was rather unusual since most of his race did not mind it at the time. His parents were usually away on missions and such, so Arin spent most of his time wandering around town, sometimes messing with the other Saiyans. He occasionally trained with his father when he came back from missions for a short period of time. However, their planet was eventually inevitably destroyed by Frieza, supposedly ending Arin and the rest of his race. However, Arin had awoke later to find himself remarkably alive, although he was a bit bruised and some of his clothes were torn. For now, Arin is just thankful that he's alive and is now roaming the wilderness.
